We Are a Virtual & In-Person Practice
The Right Fit is Important

Finding a therapist that you feel good about is pivotal to your success in therapy. Even the best, most well-trained and experienced therapists are not the right fit for every unique individual.
Click here to request a free 15-minute phone consultation with the therapist of your choosing, so that you can each begin to feel out and discuss whether you might be a good fit for working together.
Rates & Insurance
Rates for individual therapy range from $90 to $200 per session. Rates for relationship therapy range from $115 to $225 per session. Rates vary by therapist, session type, and client's financial capacity. We believe that quality mental health care should not be a privilege only affordable to the wealthy. A number of reduced fee/ sliding scale slots are available for those for whom our full rates are not feasible.

All therapists accept Aetna. Select providers accept additional insurance plans - see therapist profiles for details. For clients with other insurance with out-of-network benefits, we can assist with filing for out-of-network reimbursement. For questions regarding insurance and billing procedures, please contact us.

Like many providers, we transitioned to telehealth during the pandemic and found that many clients preferred the convenience and additional advantages of online therapy. To participate, all you need is a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection.
For adults who prefer in-person sessions and for children engaging in therapy, we also have an office location on Main Street in New Paltz, NY.
