  • Identifying each partners needs which are and aren't being met within the relationship.

  • Building on and practicing communication skills.

  • Increasing honesty and vulnerability within the relationship.

  • Helping each partner to see and take accountability for their role in creating and maintaining unhealthy relational dynamics.

  • Identifying core wounds and working through them.

  • Challenging each partner toward experimenting with new, healthier and more sustainable behaviors.

We are knowledgeable and experienced working with couples who practice monogamy as well as those who practice polyamory, open relationships, and ethical non-monogamy.

Finding a therapist that you feel good about is pivotal to your success in therapy. Even the best, most well-trained and experienced therapists are not the right fit for every unique individual. We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to potential new clients, so that we can each begin to feel out and discuss whether we might be a good fit for working together.
