Relationship Therapy

We use a variety of techniques when working with relationship partners in order to provide each individual with a clearer and deeper understanding of their own needs, desires, and relational dynamics.

Relationship Therapy goals include:

  • Identifying each partners needs which are and aren't being met within the relationship.

  • Building on and practicing communication skills.

  • Increasing trust, honesty and vulnerability within the relationship.

  • Helping each partner to see and take accountability for their role in creating and maintaining unhealthy relational dynamics.

  • Setting and respecting boundaries.

  • Identifying core wounds and working through them.

  • Challenging each partner toward experimenting with new, healthier and more sustainable behaviors.

We are affirming, knowledgeable and experienced working with relationship partners who practice monogamy as well as those who practice polyamory, open relationships, and ethical non-monogamy.
