We provide supportive tools for anxiety, depression, isolation, self-esteem, grief, stagnation, career dissatisfaction, relationships, communication, trauma, anger, gender identity, sexuality, coming out, life transitions, intersectional identities, and more.

We have specialists in neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are affirmative and experienced in working with monogamous relationships as well as polyamory, open relationships, and consensual non-monogamy (CNM).

Ever-evolving...
     just  like  you.

It is very important to us that we stay attuned to the beat of this rapidly changing world, keeping ourselves in the loop and ahead of the curve.

Our team of therapists are committed to continually educating ourselves on the latest mental health research and most evidence-based treatment approaches in order to serve our clients as effectively as possible.

We understand how challenging it can be to find the right therapist, especially for those of marginalized identities. Our team of therapists strive toward an anti-oppressive, culturally responsible approach to therapy, that prioritizes a sense of inclusivity and safety for all. We fiercely embrace diversity and center the specific needs of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Consensually Non-Monogamous (CNM), Neurodivergent, and Disabled Communities.

We Are a Virtual Practice

Like many providers, we transitioned to telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic and found that most clients preferred the convenience and additional advantages of online therapy.

To participate, all you need is a private, quiet space and a stable internet connection.

Rates

Rates for individual therapy range from $90 to $200 per session. Rates for relationship therapy range from $115 to $225 per session.

Rates vary by therapist, session type, and client's financial capacity. We believe that quality mental health care should not be a privilege only affordable to the wealthy. A number of reduced fee/ sliding scale slots are available for those for whom our full rates are not feasible.

The Right Fit is Important

Finding a therapist that you feel good about is crucial to your success in therapy. No matter how skilled or experienced, not every therapist will be an ideal match for each unique client.

We invite you to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with any of our therapists to explore whether you may be well-suited to work together in a therapeutic partnership. Click here to request your free consultation call.

Insurance

We are in-network with Aetna insurance. For clients with other insurance with out-of-network mental health benefits, we can assist with utilizing those benefits for reimbursement.

After verifying your coverage, we provide a monthly superbill statement that you can submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement of therapy costs. Please contact us if you have any questions about using out-of-network benefits.

While couples counseling is one of our specialties, relationship therapy extends far beyond just romantic partners. Our services support any group of 2-5 people looking to improve their bonds and communication skills.

Whether it's a couple grappling with intimacy issues, a polyamorous triad striving for better understanding, coworkers aiming to reduce conflict, or family members healing relational wounds - we provide the tools to foster deeper authentic connections.

At Live Your Truth, we excel at working with diverse relationship dynamics, including those who are or are considering consensual non-monogamy. Multi-partner sessions create a supportive space to explore emotional complexities and establish boundaries.

Healthy relating is at the core of human fulfillment. Our therapists guide you through evidence-based practices to rebuild trust, enhance empathy, and achieve your unique relational goals together.

Whatever your connection, our relationship therapy services can revolutionize how you understand and nurture your closest bonds.
