Ever-evolving, just like you.

It is very important to us that we stay attuned to the beat of this rapidly changing world, keeping ourselves in the loop and ahead of the curve. Our team of therapists are committed to continually educating ourselves on the latest mental health research and most evidence-based treatment approaches in order to serve our clients as effectively as possible.

We understand how challenging it can be to find the right therapist, especially for those of marginalized identities. Our team of therapists strive toward an anti-oppressive, culturally responsible approach to therapy, that prioritizes a sense of inclusivity and safety for all. We fiercely embrace diversity and center the specific needs of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Consensually Non-Monogamous (CNM), Neurodivergent, and Disabled Communities.

Are you and a partner or other important person in your life feeling stuck in a cycle of misunderstandings and conflicts? Is the spark in your relationship fading? It's time to take the first step towards healing and rekindling your connection. At Live Your Truth, we're here to help guide you toward improving communication strategies, navigating challenges, healing relational wounds, and deepening your emotional connection.

While we specialize in Couples Counseling, Relationship Counseling is not only for romantic relationship partners. Relationship Counseling can also be hugely helpful for family members, friends, colleagues, etc. with the desire to improve their relationship.

Take the first step toward a healthier, happier
