Designed for:
This supportive therapy group welcomes all adult women (18+) including transgender women and non-binary individuals who can personally relate to the experience of women with ADHD.
Whether you're newly diagnosed by a professional, self-diagnosed, questioning, or have been navigating ADHD for years, this inclusive space is designed for those who relate to how ADHD uniquely affects women's lives.

What to Expect:
During our 8-week journey, you'll engage in meaningful discussions and practical learning focused on ADHD's unique impact.
Sessions explore executive functioning, daily living challenges, work/school balance, self-care, relationships, and identity—all through the lens of the female ADHD experience.

Our facilitators bring both professional expertise and personal experience with ADHD, creating a space of genuine understanding and growth.
