Designed for:
This supportive therapy group welcomes all women (including transgender women) and non-binary individuals in their 20s and 30s who connect with the female experience of ADHD.
Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been navigating ADHD for years, this inclusive space is designed for those who relate to how ADHD uniquely affects women's lives.

What to Expect:
During our 8-week journey, you'll engage in meaningful discussions and practical learning focused on ADHD's unique impact.
Sessions explore executive functioning, daily living challenges, work/school balance, self-care, relationships, and identity—all through the lens of the female ADHD experience.
​
Our facilitators bring both professional expertise and personal experience with ADHD, creating a space of genuine understanding and growth.
