BACKGROUND & TRAINING
I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD therapist with a background in corporate leadership and mental healthcare. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade working in the start-up and corporate healthcare space, leading sales teams and developing mental health programs for employers and universities. I know firsthand what it’s like to burn out in these environments, to
feel disconnected from yourself, and to begin the work of unmasking and healing later in life.
Originally from upstate New York, I’ve always felt most at home near the mountains. After several years on the West Coast, I relocated to the Catskills and have called the Hudson Valley home for the past several years, where I earned my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SUNY New Paltz. While at New Paltz, I trained at the campus counseling center and launched its first neurodivergent therapy group for college students.

SPECIALIZATIONS
While I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent clients—especially those navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, and identity exploration. I welcome individuals of all ages and experiences, approaching each person with curiosity and care.

My work is grounded in intersectionality, and a commitment to anti-oppressive, gender-affirming, culturally responsive, and social justice-oriented care. Many of my clients identify as women, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, or disabled; and often have felt invalidated within traditional mental health spaces, and/or out of place in our world.

If you're wondering whether you or your child might be neurodivergent, let's explore this together with open curiosity. We can work on navigating burnout, anxiety, sensory needs, meltdowns, masking, and setting boundaries. My approach is anti-shame and anti-pathology, focused on dismantling internalized ableism and systemic barriers to empower you to advocate for your needs.
THERAPEUTIC STYLE
My style is warm, collaborative, and attuned. I bring curiosity, emotional safety, and humor into the room - and I don’t believe in pathologizing who you are. Instead, we’ll work together to explore your inner experiences, reconnect with your nervous system and body, and build a life that honors your values, needs, and humanity.
My work is rooted in neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, relational approaches, and I draw from DBT, emotion-focused therapy, and somatic tools to support clients in feeling more regulated, empowered, and connected to themselves.

You know yourself best -I’m simply here to support you along the ride. More than any technique, I bring a steady, attuned presence that allows clients to feel supported as they delve into theirmost personal challenges and vulnerable truths.
COMMON CHALLENGES I SUPPORT
RELATED HOBBIES & INTERESTS
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a cat lady, flower-loving, fantasy audiobook girly, and an aspiring bird nerd. I love cooking cozy meals with my partner, playing in the garden, long nature walks, and quiet mornings with a book and a cup of tea... or more honestly, probably hyper-fixating on a new special interest, regulating my nervous system with movement, ferociously cleaning the house to support my sensory needs, or “rotting” in bed rewatching my comfort shows.
If you're looking for a therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and a bit of silliness - reach out. I’d love to meet you!
I have experience supporting clients through navigating issues such as: ADHD, AuDHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, grief, education and learning disabilities, peer relationships, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, women's issues, gender/sexual identity affirmation, stress, work-life balance, and self-discovery.
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that therapy should be a space where you can safely exist (maybe even unmask) and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been shamed, silenced, or pathologized. I don’t believe in “fixing” people to a set of cultural norms - I believe in honoring your complexity and creating space for healing that’s rooted in self-trust and autonomy.
P.S. Unmasking is a deeply personal, non-linear journey. We’ll explore it at your pace, with care and intentionality - especially in environments where masking may still serve as a valuable coping mechanism. There’s no “right” or “wrong” way to unmask.
